Important Notes:

  • Warranty for Mobile Phones/Smartphones: If the mobile phone or smartphone is sold with a warranty, the warranty period will be clearly mentioned on the invoice.

  • If the invoice does not mention a warranty, the product is considered to be without warranty.

  • Branded Mobile Phones/Smartphones: Warranty can be claimed directly from the brand dealer or through UrShope (for TRA-approved products only).

Warranty Pick-Up and Delivery:

  • Free Pick-Up and Delivery: Available for warranty claims within 7 days of the invoice date (only within the UAE).

  • After 7 Days: Charges will apply for pick-up and delivery services.

  • Exchange & Service: Delivery charges will apply for any exchanges or servicing of the product.

Conditions Not Acceptable for Return, Warranty, or Replacement:

The following conditions will not be accepted for return, warranty claims, or replacement:

  1. Any Physical Damage: If the product has been physically damaged, it will not be eligible for return, warranty, or replacement.

  2. No Warranty Period Indicated on Invoice: If the warranty period is not mentioned on the invoice, the product will not be eligible for return, warranty, or replacement.

  3. Missing Manufacturer Label: If the mobile phone or smartphone is missing the manufacturer label containing the model number and part number, it cannot be returned, replaced, or warranted.

  4. Missing Manufacturer Warranty Label: If the manufacturer warranty label is missing, the product will not be eligible for warranty.

  5. Missing Parts or Accessories: If the mobile phone or smartphone is returned without the original parts, box, headphones, or any other accessories that were included in the original box, it will not be accepted for return, warranty, or replacement.

  6. No Original Invoice: If the product is returned without the original invoice, it will not be processed for return, warranty, or replacement.

  7. Does Not Satisfy Manufacturer Warranty Policy: If the product does not meet the conditions of the manufacturer's warranty policy, it will not be eligible for warranty claims or replacements.

  8. Does Not Satisfy Customer Satisfaction Policy: If the product does not meet the Customer Satisfaction Policy outlined by UrShope, it will not be eligible for return, warranty, or replacement.

Tablets Standard Return Policy

  • Return for Replacement: Within 7 days of the invoice date (must be unopened and in brand new condition).

  • Return for Refund: Within 3 days of the invoice date (must be unopened and in brand new condition; all products must be inside the original box).

  • Warranty: As per the warranty period mentioned on the UrShope website for each tablet.

  • Warranty Terms:

    • Pick & Drop Service: Free of charge within 7 days of the invoice date for warranty claims (only within UAE).

    • Delivery Charges: Will apply for exchanging the product after 7 days from the invoice date.

Conditions Not Acceptable for Return, Warranty, and Replacement for Tablets

  • Any Physical Damage: Tablets with any signs of physical damage will not be accepted for return, replacement, or warranty.

  • Missing Manufacturer Label: Tablets that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number are not eligible for return or warranty.

  • Missing Warranty Label: Tablets that do not have the manufacturer's warranty label will not be accepted for return, replacement, or warranty.

  • Missing Parts or Accessories: Tablets that are missing parts, box, headset, or any other accessories from the original packaging are not eligible for return or replacement.

  • No Original Invoice: Returns without the original invoice will not be processed.

  • Not Satisfying Manufacturer Warranty Policy: Tablets that do not meet the manufacturer's warranty conditions are not eligible for return, replacement, or warranty.

Laptops, Netbooks, and Desktops Standard Return and Warranty Policy

  • Return for Replacement:

    • Within 7 days of the invoice date.

    • Must be in new, unopened condition with all accessories intact.

  • Return for Refund:

    • Within 3 days of the invoice date.

    • Must be in new, unopened condition with all accessories intact.

  • Restocking Fee:

  7. Non-Compliance with Customer Satisfaction Policy:

    • Products that do not meet the Customer Satisfaction policy are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty.

  8. Software Activation/Usage:

    • Laptops or Netbooks that come with original Windows or any other software cannot be returned or replaced once the software has been activated, used, or started.

Digital and DSLR Cameras Standard Return Policy for Warrantied Models Only:

  • Return for Replacement:

    • Within 7 days of the invoice date (must be unopened and in brand-new condition).

  • Return for Refund:

    • Within 3 days of the invoice date (must be unopened and in brand-new condition).

  • Restocking Fee:

    • Applicable (if applicable).

  • Warranty:

    • As per the details mentioned on UrShope website for each product.

Health and Beauty Products Warranty Policy

Health and Beauty products are not eligible for warranty, replacement, or refund under any circumstances. Due to the nature of these products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final.
