Base Currency
All fees and prices on UrShope.com are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Price Changes
UrShope reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices may vary due to launch pricing, promotional offers, sales campaigns, or stock availability. Items available for pre-order or not currently in stock will retain the promotional price only during the stated promotional period. If the price changes after an order has been placed, customers will be notified and may cancel the order if they choose. ORDERS

Placing An Order

Orders can be placed through our website or by telephone. If you are placing an order on the website, ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. We recommend that you carefully proofread your order form before submitting it. UrShope is not responsible for sending emails to the wrong address or delivering parcels to an incorrect address due to errors in the information provided.

Processing Time

Order Acceptance Policy

Change Orders

You may request a change to your order, provided the order has not yet been charged to your account. To request a change, please call us during UrShope's hours of operation. It’s important to have your sales order (SO) or customer number ready for faster assistance. We strongly discourage submitting change requests via email, as it is unlikely we will receive them in time to make any adjustments due to the volume of emails we handle daily.

Cancel Orders

You may request to cancel an order, provided it has not been processed or shipped yet. To cancel, please call us during UrShope's hours of operation. Like change requests, we strongly advise against sending cancellation requests via email, as it is unlikely we will receive them promptly due to the volume of emails.

Delivery/Shipment Policy

Please note that multiple shipments or deliveries may result in multiple charges to your cardholder's monthly statement.

PAYMENT

UrShope currently offers two payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and PayPal. Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) option is only available for orders within the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia.

To ensure the security of our website visitors, UrShope implements several security measures, including encryption and certificates. However, these protections may be compromised if the user’s device is infected with a virus or malicious software. In such cases, UrShope, its partners, and employees cannot be held responsible for any resulting issues.

UrShope reserves the right to refuse delivery or cancel an order from any customer who has not fully paid for a previous order or who is involved in an ongoing dispute. Additionally, UrShope reserves the right to take legal action to recover outstanding or unpaid fees.

INVOICE

The order form submitted online by the customer is not considered an invoice. Regardless of the payment or purchase method, the customer will receive an invoice inside their parcel upon delivery. A digital or hard copy of each invoice is also stored in the UrShope database for record-keeping purposes.

SECURITY

UrShope takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of any payment details provided during your order. However, except in cases of direct negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized access to the information you provide. DISPUTES

If any dispute, claim, controversy, or difference (including those related to any tortious or statutory claim) ("Dispute") arises out of or in connection with this User Agreement, including, without limitation, questions regarding the formation, existence, scope, performance, interpretation, validity, or termination of this User Agreement or this clause, or any question regarding the legal relationships established by this User Agreement or the consequences of its nullity, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the Dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations. The parties will engage in such negotiations for a period of thirty (30) calendar days, beginning on the date that one party sends the other a written notice of the Dispute.

If the Dispute is not resolved amicably within the thirty (30) calendar days, the parties agree that the Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration, as outlined below, under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Financial Centre - London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). These rules ("Rules") are deemed incorporated by reference into this clause.

The number of arbitrators shall be one. The parties shall attempt to agree on a sole arbitrator to be nominated to the LCIA Court for appointment. If the parties fail to nominate a sole arbitrator within thirty (30) days from the date the request is served upon the respondent (or such greater or lesser period as may be fixed by the LCIA Court), the LCIA Court shall appoint the sole arbitrator. The seat or legal place of arbitration shall be the Dubai International Financial Centre in Dubai, UAE.

The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language, and the award shall be rendered in English. These provisions do not affect UrShope’s right to seek interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction, whether or not an arbitrator has been appointed. Taking such action shall not be deemed a breach of this arbitration agreement or an infringement of the powers of the arbitrator.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, UrShope's MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. UrShope SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR ANY OTHER CLAIMS RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS THAT EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT.

UrShope SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTIONS, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT UrShope HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any content or materials on it, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of it. Furthermore, you agree that any unauthorized use of the Site and its services due to your negligent act or omission may result in irreparable harm to UrShope, and UrShope shall treat any such unauthorized use as subject to the Terms and Conditions of this User Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW

This User Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This clause will survive any expiration or cancellation of this User Agreement for any reason. In the event of any disputes, the laws of the UAE will apply.

UrShope.com will NOT provide any services or products to countries subject to OFAC sanctions, in compliance with UAE law.

The United Arab Emirates is the country of domicile for our company.

We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (UAE Dirhams). If "Credit Card Online" is selected as the payment method, the details on the Customer's ID (Cardholder’s ID) must exactly match the information on the credit card used for the purchase.

Pre-Order

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before its official launch date.

Delivery
We aim to deliver pre-ordered products on the official launch date, provided we have received and processed your payment. However, delivery is subject to availability at our warehouse and may vary. Delivery charges may apply to all pre-orders unless stated otherwise. Standard delivery timelines will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product becomes available. We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order for reasons that may or may not be disclosed. The delivery date for pre-ordered items may change without prior notice.

Payment
To confirm your pre-order, payment must be made in advance. If you wish to cancel your pre-order before shipment, you must do so at least 3 days prior to the dispatch of your order.

1. Eligibility: The UrShope Quiz Contest is only open to participants via Facebook. You must like both the UrShope and UrShope Fashion Facebook pages to participate.

2. Answering Questions:

   • A quiz question will be posted regularly, and you will have 48 hours to answer.

   • You must include your contact number with your answer. Failure to do so will reduce your chances of winning.

3. Shortlisting Winners:

   • At the end of the 48-hour period, all comments with correct answers and a contact number will be shortlisted.

   • The winner will be selected randomly through a lucky draw.

4. Prize and Notification:

UAE Exchange Vouchers – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Redemption:

Return Policy – Conditions for Return

Customers may request a return of item(s) under the following conditions:
